The Manhattan 1212 is a medium sized hot tub enclosure in our traditional Manhattan Collection. Spa enclosures
in the Manhattan Collection have a 7 feet high wall with a traditional 4 feet
window to 3 feet skirt ratio.
There is room for a small table and chairs around an 8 foot square spa. The
Manhattan 1212 includes a cedar roof, lexan rounded corners, a large 52” x 52”
sky dome, 6 sliding bronze acrylic windows and one entrance. The entrance
consists of 2 sliding doors.
Additional options are available for a fee including black acrylic, a screen
kit, a bar/stool kit, and a metal/wood roof. The metal/wood roof is made of
shake profiled steel (either Taupe Brown or Garden Green baked on enamel) lined
with vapour barrier and mahogany plywood.
Like all Alliance Woodcraft spa gazebos, the Manhattan 1212 is pre-stained with
a high quality semi transparent stain.
